GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONFIRMING BOOKING
We will require a (non refundable) deposit of 30% in order to confirm the reservation.
This can be paid via credit card or bank transfer, once we have received your payment we will confirm your booking by email.
The outstanding payment is to be paid on arrival along with the (refundable) *security deposit.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

Less than 8 days before the day of arrival a charge of a further 20%.
NO SHOW will result in 100% being charged.
If the client leaves voluntarily before the end of his stay there will be no credits.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company,
the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
This is to be paid on arrival via credit card and will be returned no later than 3 days after your departure,
following inspecion of the apartment.
If you prefer to pay in cash, a supplement of 5% for administration will be charged.
Your deposit will then be returned to you on your day of departure.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
In agreement of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD"),
we inform you that your personal information will be held within the company’s database, and used for administrational
purposes connected with our business activities. As a customer you have the right to access, change,
cancel and oppose any of your personal information.
