Gerneral Booking Terms

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

In order to confirm a booking we will require a 30% Deposit (non refundable). This can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.
On receipt of this deposit we will confirm via email your reservation details.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

In case of a booking cancellation the client must pay the following fees:
30 days before arrival 10% of the reserve.
Between 30 and 7 days before arrival 50%.
Less than 7 days, 100%.
If the client leaves voluntarily before the end of his stay there will be no credits.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
