• the Umbracle (a landscaped vantage point and car park),
• the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum (an innovative centre of interactive science),
• the Oceanogràfic (the largest aquarium in Europe with over 500 marine species) and the
• Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía Opera House(which takes care of the operatic programme).
• Ágora, a multifunctional exhibition centre and stadium, home to the Valencia Open 500 Tennis Tournament.

Designed by Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela, the striking white structures of the complex are situated within the old river bed of the Turia and surrounded by crystal blue lagoons. With a capacity for entertaining and stimulating minds with hands on experience of science, technology, nature, and art.
